Do you feel imbalanced, stuck in patterns that keep you from living authentically, struggle to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, or find it difficult to establish and maintain healthy boundaries? You do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and challenged—serving as both a sounding board and a mirror as you work toward reconnecting with your authentic self.
My approach is direct, collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I incorporate EMDR-informed principles to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences, while also drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) techniques to support growth, healing, and lasting change.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself while creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can work toward building self-trust, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and developing a deeper sense of authenticity in the way you think, feel, and move through life.
Prior to joining EMDR Transformations, I worked with adolescents, teens, and women navigating complex trauma, emotional healing, and life transitions. Through this work, I supported clients in identifying and unlearning patterns, behaviors, and belief systems that no longer aligned with their lives. I also have experience providing career guidance and consultation to adults navigating professional, personal, and academic transitions. Additionally, I have worked closely with parents of children and teens experiencing significant behavioral challenges, helping caregivers better understand their child’s needs, strengthen parent-child relationships, identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns that may be keeping family members stuck, and develop more effective strategies for connection, communication, and lasting positive change.
My availability for appointments is hybrid, with telehealth and in-person appointments available on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Late afternoon and evening appointments are also available upon request.
